Terms and Conditions

These booking conditions form part of your contract with Happy Li Travel. All details in our website are correct when published.

 

We visit all sites and suppliers personally. Your travel documents will be emailed once a deposit of £250 is paid. The deposit is non refundable. The payment of your remaining charge is to be made one month before your travel. Should you wish to cancel your booking please refer to the terms of your booking email. You are responsible for arranging your international and internal flights to and from Yichang; we are happy to help you with this for free. You are also responsible for arriving at the meeting point on time and obeying all government travel requirements. Should your behaviour prove unruly we reserve the right to cancel your holiday immediately and you will remain liable for all holiday charges.

 

You should arrange travel insurance from the point of confirmation of your booking; this should include insurance for cancellation, emergency medical treatment and repatriation, loss of possessions and money, your public liability and legal assistance and full cover for Covid-19 before and during your holiday. Before departure you must provide us with the name of your insurers and their 24 hour emergency number.

 

You should ensure that you comply with all passport and visa requirements for travel to China and make your arrangements in adequate time.

Please inform us of any medical conditions or disabilities that might impinge on your ability to participate in your holiday before you book, and we will advise on the suitability or any location or activity. You need to fully comply with any health or immunisation requirements of the PRC. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit and well to take part in your holiday.

We reserve the right to make minor changes in your itinerary before or after your departure where necessitated by unexpected circumstances, Should major changes be necessary before you depart you can either accept them, agree to changes to your holiday or cancel and have a partial refund. We do not accept liability for major changes where these are a result of 'force majeure' eg war, pandemic or exceptional weather. If you have any complaints or problems please contact us immediately. However in our use of your data we will act in accordance with the GDPR regulations current in the UK.
